BECOME A MONETARY CONTRIBUTOR

Tours are provided at no cost to visitors. Patients are accepted gratis and we provide the educational programs as part of community service. We depend upon private donations for our existence. The generosity of these donations extends to memorials, bequests and legacies. We are a IRS Qualified Charity, have a Brokerage Account with Edward Jones, and we also accept donations of any type of Stocks, Annuities, Real Estate, IRA's, or other Securities. Peace River Wildlife Center has a partnership with any Florida Community Bank to accept donations. Please click the Donate Button at the top left to make a donation to the PRWC.

ADOPT A BIRD OR MAMMAL

The PRWC is currently home to over 125 birds and small animals living in 15 different habitats. Food and care for these feathered and furry friends costs $5500 a month. You can help assure their future. [ ... learn more ]

BECOME A BUSINESS SPONSOR

For as little as $120 per year, you can choose to sponsor a permanently disabled wildlife resident. In return, your Business Card and a link to your Business Website will be placed on the animals page you have chosen to sponsor. [ ... learn more ]

BECOME A RECYCLER

A substantial part of our ongoing fund-raising is derived from our "aluminum cans" recycling program. Drop-offs are accepted seven days a week; there are four large containers located by the back gate right on Ponce de Leon Pkwy leading onto the park. We're continually crushing and hauling. Additionally, you can take your recyclables to Allied Recycling and let them know you would like the proceeds of your donation to be given to the Peace River Wildlife Center.

While we are limited to accepting aluminum soft drink and beer cans at our PRWC facility, They accept a variety of materials, including but not limited to aluminum cans, soffit fascia, copper tubing, and brass fixtures. You can make a difference for as little as $10 per month or $120 annually in helping the Peace River Wildlife Center feed the Permanently Disabled Wildlife Residents.

Food expenses alone are over $75,000 per year to feed our many Permanently Disabled Wildlife Residents and you can help feed them by Adopting one for the Month or Sponsor one for the Year. Many different varieties of food are needed daily to provide for the many different species on display at the Peace River Wildlife Center. Frozen Fish, Seafood, Rodents, Meat, Worms, Crickets, Eggs, Dog and Cat food, Fruits and Vegetables are just some of the daily nutitional needs. Your Monthly Adoption or Annual Sponsorship will play an important role in providing the daily food our animals need to be properly cared for on a daily basis.
