Make a difference concerning the preservation of our local wildlife! You'll receive our newsletter "Peace River Tracks ". You'll also be eligible to attend and vote at our annual PRWC membership meeting. We welcome your support, input and participation.

Get involved! Give us some of your time and talent. If you enjoy working with animals and people who share a similar passion, a wide variety of opportunities are available.

BE A CONTRIBUTOR

Tours are provided at no cost to visitors. Patients are accepted gratis and we provide the educational programs as part of community service. We depend upon private donations for our existence. The generosity of these donations extends to memorials, bequests and legacies. We are a IRS Qualified Charity, have a Brokerage Account with Edward Jones, and we also accept donations of any type of Stocks, Annuities, Real Estate, IRA's, or other Securities.

In addition to cash contributions, we greatly appreciate supplies such as food for the animals and cleaning products. Click here to view our "Wish List".

BE A BUSINESS SPONSOR

You choose which permanantly disabled resident you would like to sponsor for the year. In return your Business Card and a link to your Business website will be placed here. If you are interested in a Business Sponsorship and want more information, click here or call us at 941-637-3830

BE A RECYLER

A substantial part of our ongoing fund-raising is derived from our "aluminum cans" recycling program. Drop-offs are accepted seven days a week; there are four large containers located by the back gate right on Ponce de Leon Pkwy leading onto the park. We're continually crushing and hauling. Additionally, you can take your recyclables to Allied Recycling and let them know you would like the proceeds of your donation to be given to the Peace River Wildlife Center.

While we are limited to accepting aluminum soft drink and beer cans at our PRWC facility, They accept a variety of materials, including but not limited to aluminum cans, soffit fascia, copper tubing, and brass fixtures. They will give the person donating a receipt, telling them what their donation is worth.

Members give the Peace River wildlife Center its heart. Rescuing, rehabilitating, and restoring wildlife to their proper place in nature is at the core of the PEACE RIVER'S mission.
